COMPETITIONS
Bus Chaperones - Every bus needs 2 adult chaperones and 1 staff member.
There will be 3 buses for each competition.
The chaperones will ride the buses to and from the competitions and are
responsible for taking roll call to insure all students are present and
to encourage proper bus etiquette.
All chaperones MUST double as Pit Crew, this is mandatory. We are limited on
bus seating.
Pit Crew/Colorguard - 18-22 parents are needed for each competition. Duties include loading and unloading the equipment truck, setting up the pit/frontline equipment and colorguard flags/props before the competition, striking the pit and picking up colorguard equipment after performances.
Prop Crew - None required this year.
Uniform Crew - 2 people are needed at school before buses leave
for competition to help students with their uniforms, such as
missing buttons, falling hems, missing pieces, etc.
HOME FOOTBALL GAMES
Pit Crew/Colorguard - Same needs and duties for half-time
shows as during competitions.
Prop Crew - None required this year.
Spirit Apparel Sales -
6 people are needed to staff and sell our parent booster T-shirts, sweatshirts, jackets, and hats at each home game. We will run 2 shifts; 6:15 - just before half-time and half-time through 3rd quarter. We will also need help packing up.
